A demanding adventure unfolds deep in the untamed wilderness of Lake Superior’s North Shore. We take on a rare descent of the Dog River—one of Ontario’s most notoriously difficult and lesser‑paddled whitewater canoe routes. From powerful rapids to massive waterfalls, this river throws everything it has at us. We paddle over 70km, through the wind and rain, camping at unforgettable wild spots. Along the way, we’re rewarded with breathtaking scenery, unforgettable fishing, campfire laughs with good friends, and a few unexpected setbacks that push the adventure to a whole new level.
