Lakes, rivers, or mild ocean conditions. Ultra-stable, but with a V-bottom hull designed to perform more like a hardshell. That's a lot of claims for one kayak — so I put it to the test. I'm Ken Whiting, and in this video I'm reviewing the newly redesigned Sea Eagle 465 FastTrack V-Bottom inflatable kayak. This isn't just a spec update — Sea Eagle made some significant changes to this boat, including a new V-bottom drop-stitch floor, updated features, and somehow managed to cut about five pounds off the overall weight. I cover portability, comfort, stability, on-water performance, value, and most importantly — who this kayak is actually right for (and who it isn't). One thing worth noting: the 465 FastTrack isn't just for people who need an inflatable.
