Hiking to Meek & Summit Lake

Hiking to Meek & Summit Lake On October 22, 2016 my husband and I attempted to hike the Windy Lakes trail. However when we got there, there was already about 4 inches of snow at the trailhead and it got deeper the farther up the trail we went. We ended up only checking out the first lake (Meek Lake) and then walked up the snowy road to Summit Lake.
