Do you think this is crazy? Hear me out...the next time you're having brats; SMASH IT! Russ first steamed these with beer under the dome on the #blackstone and now we smoosh them to release the juices and get a little crispy! We also cooked up some fresh beets and sweet potatoes from the local Amish farm. Delicious!!
