200+ miles is not 100 miles. You will need to spend significant amount of time at most aid station. They are further apart, and you are getting tired. In some races, you'll see only 2-3 aid station per 24 hours. Beside the obvious big sleep stop, you'll need to recharge. Eat some real food. Change socks. Refill. That's your time to recharge before another draining section. Don't waste your time of course, but unlike shorter race, don't get too stressed about sitting down and taking a good 20-30 minute at least. That time may feel like "lost time" but you'll be much faster on the next segment, feel much better, and those 20-30 minutes will be regained almost immediately
