Becoming a Better Kayaker - Skills, Events & Classes - Another Discussion - Kayak Hipster

On a recent trip I had the opportunity to help teaching a great group at a kayaking event. The overall improvement and confidence building in the group was to be expected, but I was also pleasantly surprised when some of the paddlers who were hesitant to wet exit at the start of the event were looking to learn to roll by the end of the event - but were not looking to learn those skills before signing up to the event.
