This is Hollister Preserve in Glastonbury, Connecticut. The protected land lies adjacent to the Whitehouse Family Nature Preserve. Together, these wooded areas span 74 acres, offering miles of trails and multiple gorgeous vistas. Check out one of the state’s best views of the Hartford city skyline at ‘Dorothy’s Vista.’ A stone marker Dorothy Waring, a lifelong advocate for land preservation. This trail is great for families, joggers and dogs!
