Snowy Solitude At Duffy Lake- On October 15, 2017 my friend Randi and I made our way to Duffy Lake. We knew there would be some snow, but it was definitely a bit deeper than we had expected. This area of the Jefferson Wilderness is usually packed with day hikers and weekend backpackers during the summer time, so it was so nice to see the lake with not a soul in sight! The views and reflections of Duffy Butte and Three Finger Jack were spectacular!
