Cross Bow Rudder / Cross Bow Duffek: Making a more nuanced stroke

This stroke goes by multiple names: Cross Bow Rudder, Cross Bow Duffek or Cross Bow Cut. Confusing? Well just use the name you are used to as they are all the same.
