Rising 7,200 feet above the town of Ridgway, the Snake Couloir slithers off the 14,153' summit and cuts through the imposing north face. For a skier, this line represents a quintessential compound of ski mountaineering ingredients; technicality, steepness, exposure and incredible vistas.
