Backpacking The Strawberry Mountain Wilderness | Day 2-3

In mid-September I went backpacking in the Strawberry Mountain Wilderness which is in the Malheur National Forest here in Oregon. This was an absolutely amazing 2 day trip and I had so much footage from our hikes that I broke this up into a two part video. Here is Day 2 and 3 of our trip. On the 14th after work we drove to the town of Prairie City and camped and the next morning drove up to the Strawberry Lake trailhead. After that we did a partial loop over to Wildcat Basin and saw Strawberry Mountain from a totally different side than from where we approached from. We arrived back at our camp just as the sun was setting and the reflection on the lake was so beautiful!
