Lighthouse views & orca news! Climb with us to the top of Lime Kiln Lighthouse on San Juan Island — one of the most iconic whale-watching spots in the Pacific Northwest. We explored the tower, saw the active light, wandered the forested bluff trails, and soaked in peaceful wind and wave ASMR from the Salish Sea. Though we just missed the transient orcas, you can check real-time whale sighting boards and listen to live underwater sounds from the Lime Kiln hydrophone on the main level of the lighthouse.
