A Week Around The Homestead – Fall Season in Alaska

A week around the cabin during this time of year includes harvesting greenhouse vegetables, preparing our generator for the winter months and modifying our raft for next year's boating season. We preserve peppers from canning to freezing, drying and even fermenting. We end the evening with smoked salmon bacon.
