For nearly 15 years, I was an evangelical pastor. I attended Bible college, preached sermons, led ministries, and defended Christianity with everything I had. People often assume I left because I was hurt by the Church. While church hurt absolutely affected me and my family, that’s not the whole story. Eventually, I found myself asking a much deeper question: Do Christianity’s core truth claims actually make sense? In this video, I explain why I began questioning the theological foundation of Christianity itself, from original sin and the story of Adam and Eve to the logic of substitutionary atonement, inherited sin, and the broader biblical narrative. This isn’t an attack on Christians. If Christianity brings meaning to your life, I genuinely respect that. This is simply my story. If you’ve ever wrestled with doubt, deconstruction, faith, or simply felt afraid to ask difficult questions, I hope this helps you feel a little less alone.
