#SaveOurSoles Initiative – Supporting the Lifeline of Trekking in the High Himalayas 🥾🏔️ For over 15 years, we’ve been trekking through the heart of Nepal — home to the world’s highest peaks and most iconic trails. From EBC and ABC to Manaslu and Gokyo Ri, none of these journeys would be possible without the strength and resilience of Nepal’s porters. These unsung heroes carry 30–40 kg loads across unforgiving terrain, often with worn-out footwear and limited protection. The Save Our Soles (SOS) Initiative was born from a simple idea: to provide high-quality, durable shoes to the porters who make our treks possible. This movement has grown thanks to the support of our trekking community and partners like Cygnus School, Baroda. In 2025, our goal is to provide proper footwear to at least 500 porters — to enhance safety, reduce injuries, and show our deep respect.
