This time, I took on an epic winter challenge—warming up in a mobile hot sauna before jumping into a frozen lake! The contrast was absolutely wild! 😱🧊🔥 🌊 Imagine this: stepping out of intense heat, your skin tingling, and then plunging into icy water.
