I Was Told the Bible Was Infallible. Then I Asked One Question.

For most of my life, I never questioned the Bible itself. I questioned whether I was reading it correctly, whether I had enough faith, or whether I was missing something. But I never stopped to ask a much more basic question: How did the Bible become the Bible? Who decided which books belonged? Why were some books included while others weren’t? What does “infallible” actually mean? And if we’re going to build our lives around this collection of ancient writings, shouldn’t we understand how it came together in the first place? In this video, I unpack the questions I wish someone had encouraged me to ask years ago.
