Anaphylaxis is a severe, life-threatening allergic reaction that can happen within minutes. Remember: 💙☁️ Blue to the sky. 🧡🦵 Orange to the thigh. 🦵 Inject into the middle of the outer thigh (it can be given through clothing if needed). ⏱️ Hold the EpiPen in place for the recommended time shown on your device (follow your specific device's instructions). 🚑 An EpiPen is emergency treatment, not a replacement for medical care.
