The Canadian Rockies, one of North America's most iconic mountain ranges, filled with towering peaks, alpine lakes, glaciers and an abundant wildlife. A UNESCO world heritage and home to multiple national parks including Canada's most visited - Banff National Park. Across this range passes the 1100km long Great Divide Trail and this film documents my 4 day backpacking journey, crossing a 100km stretch, though some if it's remote yet iconic parts of the Canadian Rockies, experiencing both the beauty and challenges of hiking in bear country.
